Among different parts explants,such as leaves,cotyledons,and embryonic axis, embryonic axis had the highest induced rate as 76.67%. Immerged by bacteriumand 20 minutes and co-cultured with agrobacterium rhizogenes for 3 days had the highest inducing rate(80%,73%).
实验结果表明:利用无菌苗的子叶、真叶以及胚轴进行遗传转化,胚轴的转化率最高,可达到76.67%;浸染20min,共培养3d,诱导率最高,分别为为80%、73%。
